Recommended Crash Repairer - Had Minor Accident

Hey all,

I had a minor accident earlier this week. Basically got hit side on by another car and now I need to get some quotes to fix my baby. Ive been to m & c doyles and provident crash - for my non aami approved quoted. But now I need to get a quote from a aami-approved crash repairer. Does anyone know any they've either been to or recommend to fix imports. Hope it goes my way but if it doesnt I want a good aami-approved repairer. I've got till monday arvo before the assessment.

Im assuming you with Just Cars? Under written by AAMI aren't they?

A freidn of mine recently had a prang in his 33 GTR, they refused to let him choose his repairer but he insisted he get a quote from Doyle's off his own back, price ended up coming back better than their own so they went with Doyles.

I know it doesn't answer your question but something to keep in mind when you go to put it in to get repaired.

Doyles will deff take care with it... Your post makes it seem like your not interested in them one bit.

Thats right, underwritten by aami. I have 2 options...

1/take it to their assessment centre and just let me take care of it

2/get two quotes of my own - one being a aami approved repairer and non aami approved

I went with number 2. So Ive already got quotes for who i want to go to (doyles or provident). Now I need a aami approved quote which I hope will be more then the non aami approved quotes. But if it isnt, then I want to find a good one. Does that make sense?

Shop around with quote until you get one that is higher than the Doyle or Provident one.

I know it would be alot os assing around but in the long run your car will be at someone that will take care of your car.
