Hey people, just bought a 1994 R32 gtr after driving my brothers r33 a few times and wanted to know a few things.

How can i tell if its a V-spec?

i wanted to change my cooler piping to stainless piping to remove the stock bov's and the plumback pipes to make it flow better and neater, but i was told that the standard bovs on the gtr work better than after market??

if i do change the piping, do i run 2 bovs?

and do i place them after cooler before intake manifold, or before cooler after the turbos?

Your help would be much appreciated

R32 GTR V-Specs have Brembo brakes and BBS rims standard. Also get the engine number checked, it should be something like BNR300xxx. Ask someone to check in this thread: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...howtopic=133729

The standard BOV's are situated in the the right hand side front bumper, stick your head under and you will see them. I think ARC make a 30% increase flow rate direct replace dual BOV for GTR's.....

you would need to be pushing some serious power before you need to change the bovs on a gtr. after my rebuild ill have around 300awkw and the bovs will still be stock. i see 2 reasons to change bovs. serious power or wank factor.
