Because next year is 2008 does this mean the 1993 skylines will not have to pay for compliance (or not pay as much)?

Does this mean that this year model skyline will become a lot cheaper? (Saving compliance $3-4000?)

Does this mean that the ass end will fall out of the used skyline market for those that are already here?

Have I missed previous posts about this?

Am I remotely close with any of my questions?

It doesn't roll on anymore. It's only '88 build or earlier cars that apply. Nothing changes.
