what do u polish stainless ic pipe with

just droped my car in to get my fmi installed and the dude said it would be $100 cheaper if they didnt polish the stainless steel pipeing, so i said not to bother polishing it, but i really dont know how to polish stainless and im hopeing i can do it without any machinery i dont have, so advice would be very much appreciated.

i used scotch brite pads with autosol metal polish, then a soft cloth with autosol to finish off, if its bad you may have to use 600 grade wet or dry paper and work up to 1000 grade , then scotch brite then a cloth

Get a buffing wheel happening on a drill or bench grinder.. This is how i did mine with Autosol, works a treat, then hand polish with cloth and auto sol.. Come up well.. The finish can also vary with the quality of the stainless used also..

costs like $7 for a tube and it does wonders..

the above suggestions are your cheapest options..

takes a bit of time but it looks the goods..
