Attachments Dont Show

I'm hoping this is the place to post this....

When attempting to look at attachements, nothing seems to be appearing in the few topics I have tried.

hmmmm... I also screen printed what the problem was, but now cant seem to attach a pic to this topic either (maybe a related problem).

The message that came up when I attempted to view the pic was:

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function: attach_get_perms() in /var/www/html/forums/ips_kernael/class_db.php on line 590"

It was while viewing page:

You're probably already aware of this, but I thought I'd post this up as it seems no-one has yet.

Bummer, I reloaded all the attachments last night... I must have busted something.
