hey guys,

i know this question may have been asked a million times, however i am running 219rkw on about 12 pounds of boost for ages. Its time for a boost controller, a new fuel regulator and thinking of a Z32. If i was to notch up the boost abit, what does the standard RB25 Series 2 AFM hold and will changing increase flow of air all over. Is a fuel regulator also essential to increase pressure is i want to see about 230rkw from a tune n boost.

no need for afm change at 210rwkw

if you do max the stock afm it just maxes the load axis and shoots across

so it works like map sensor (djetro) style, so no biggie really

you just loose some accuracy after you hit 5v on it

you will be able to see it on map tracer, when it peaks 5v it wont drop down on the vert axis anymore

i wanna push my car to about 230-240rkw cause of a couple of mods like split coilspacks, more boost, retart exhaust cam gear, new intake etc etc. when does standard afm need to be changed, at what power? also would i fuel reg be suitable to push my big injectors n pump by pumpin more fuel in engine.

i understand.... does a Z32 AFM allow the car to suck more air hence more responsive boost. its not a matter of holding but would you notice an imporvement in performance with a z32 on boosted standard turbo. its 250 bucks and to see some response would be great. u kno wat i mean
