I'll be parking under the convention centre. Might be a bit expensive to park there, but the bays are fairly big and I won't have to walk through the rain

The problem will be finding enough bays... hope parking isn't too bad. Thats the main reason I want to go early... incase I dont find a spot.

$10.80 parking for a few hours for the lose!! That car park is truly shit as well, follow the exit signs from where I parked, that leads right to a fricking FENCE.
