Sydney Drivers Piss Me Off

I ride my motorbike into the city but pay $6.50 for parking in my building, well my works pays. There are free spots but they are inconvenient and very crowded so you have to get in early and depending on where you work, walk a bit as well. In Melbourne you can park on the footpath for free. Here you get a ticket for that.

Also plenty of bikes get stolen from the free parking areas on the western side of the city.

yeah, a couple of hundred a week just for parking could be money better spent somewhere else I reckoned so now I catch the train. harbour bridge traffic in the mornings was driving me nuts too. now I just sit on the slow, stinky train and read or listen to my walkman. or sleep.
