Plastic Surgery - Modding An S1 Front Bar For A Front Mount?

The time has finally come, the two tone monster stays stock no longer once my front mount arrives next week Which brings me to the actual question here - Who in the ACT (preferably in the woden/phillip area since I work there) can I get to cut out the numberplate mount thing in the middle section of my standard S1 front bar so I can have the gaping, intercooler-filled maw look?

it's pretty simple to do your self mate angel grinders work wonders

when i had a s1 bar i actually cut the whole middle section out middle and bottom and filled in the sides making it nice and smooth was pretty impressed with it lol

yeh man, takes a day to do it yourself, lucky skiylines dont even need to cut a hole through the barttery tray.

do it yourself everyone does. if you screw up the front bar you will have an excuse to get an aftermarket one

Thought about doing it myself but wasn't real confident, but if it's that easy I guess I'll give it a crack

go and buy an M-spec front bar. they fit a FMIC inside without having to do hardly any surgery....
