Ideas Needed, Damaged Rb25det (maybe)

G'day iv got some drama's with my 93 R33 GTS-T

what happend:

driving along, engine made a funny scraping noise then died

tried to start it but it woundn't even turn over...(just clunked once) sounded like a dead battery sorta, so i tried to jump start it with my GTR but no luck.

anyways, i tried to manualy turn the engine over but it was very hard, managed to get a good hold on it and i could only move it one way, i noticed every time i moved the pistons the car would start to wind over (when i turned the key) so i manualy turned the engine over for about 2mins and then tried to start it again and it fired and now runs, BUT it sounds like its running on 5cyl or less and there is a VERY LOUD banging clunking noise comming from the front of the engine (its very very bad) engine sounds like its f**ked all together.

the car remains stock apart from a high flowed turbo, exhaust, fmic. the engine is only touched when a service is due.

(also the engine has a noisey lifter at the rear of the motor) - but now cant hear it from the knocking noise..lol

any help appreciated very much.

sunds like you spuna big end, and its completely stuffed. But I'm not a mechanic, so go and see one.
