Merging Posts

on other forums i use they have a merge post feature if you post more than one post after each other

did that sound right??

it might help keep it a little cleaner

Its an auto-merge thing.

Although, do we really need it?

Usually the double posts (at the moment) are due to forum spikes and stuff, once its all optimised it should be a much nicer.

just don't make 3 posts one after the other? if you think of something extra to say, just edit your last post

but its easier and seems to work well on other forums

they have this on another forum I'm on - and I hate it!!

I like having the choice! If you want to add something you can just edit it and if you don't you can make a seperate post (sometimes I want to reply to things seperately in seperate posts).
