Hi

I know someone near my work and he's got a 1990 R32 GTS4 FRESH IMPORT (car is in his yard) but he's telling me that its only for race/drift only.

It cannot be complied? I'm quite new to this but I asked why it cant be imported and asked him if it failed the compliance and he said its never been complied.

Whats the deal on this?

Can I try and comply it myself I mean take it to a workshop?

Please advice, need it urgently.

Thanks in advance

My understanding is that if it has been imported as a race/track car, then under no circumstances can it be complied as a road worthy vehicle. I wouldn't recommend getting this car if you're thinking about registering it as a street car.

6k. Shames it a GTS4, but realistically these cars are selling for less then 2k. So that allows 4k for getting it here and his profit. Do it yourself you woudl get it cheaper by a substantial amount. And hte beauty of doing it that way is you cna import one with good gear that you can keep or offload
