AMARU - pay me my refund NOW. im sick of f**king around and being VERY VERY nice about this whole situation with you. it has been 1 month since i sent you the money and you sold them to someone else 2 weeks later! as per pm/sms if the money is not in my bank by friday end of business. i will be taking legal action. i have all of your correspondence you have sent which i will use against you as you had a new excuse every week.

i dont care what you think or what you have to say. you've had long enough to refund me. ive also stopped trying to communicate with you because im just wasting my time and money. YOU DONT EVEN REPLY OR ANSWER CALLS. how would you feel if someone you dont even know was holding your $600 for no reason and didnt have the courtesy to even communicate?!?!

we had a deal of i send you the money direct deposit and you send coilovers same day. 1 month later all thats done is my side of the deal. you havnt done jack shit!

EVERYONE BEWARE OF THIS TRADER. i only traded with him because his reputation was good on the forum. i was WRONG.

if anyone knows him let him know im not f**king around anymore. $600 is not throw around money. ive gone through all the necessary channels to report this situation and finally im going to the public. if its not resolved i will inform the authorities and take legal action.

that is the reason why i had no problems direct depositing money to him instantly because of his rep esp on the ACT forum. he seemed liek a regular and everyone knew him so what could go wrong.

im sure he must be a good guy in real life as well, but either way i just want my money back now. im sure everyone can understand. 4 weeeks is a verrry long time. if i knew him personally then thats fine, but because i dont know him this is why i have to be like this.

here is my side for the record till amaru posts his.. its gna be long (crap i shouldnt have deleted the first post lol):

- on the 24th april i paid $600 at a st george bank, amaru confirmed the money was there and said he would post it out same day.

- on the 27th april i ask where are they as i havnt received yet (ACT to Sydney), he said anzac holiday so mite delay it. fair enough im happy with that.

- 30th april i ask him again still not ehre, he says he will be home in an hour to check up but they were definantly sent. although i didnt get a reply.

- 1st may: he says his at work and that limits him to communicating with me., which is fair enough so i try to get hold of him at night instead. he says his gf has a package at home which is RTS (return to sender) and it may be the one if i havnt received the coilovers yet. he says he will have to confirm my details. so i resend them again

- 3rd may: finally responds and tells me they are the coilovers (took 2 days to find out?). he says he will resend them out that afternoon. and he tells me not to worry he has a good rep on the forum and he hopes i dont feel ripped off. thats a valid statement as i spoke to a few mods and they vouched for him so i wasnt worried.

- 4th may he confimrs they were send and said he will give me the consignment number tomorrow morning, which he didnt.

- 7th may he says they were sent on the friday morning (4th). he states he had to go to sydney for family reasons which i will not disclose why for obvious reasons. he says he will have to wait till he gets back to canberra to chase anything up. he also states he would also be very angry in my position and then says if i still dont have them he will refund me the money untill i do receive the coilovers or till he works out whats going on. says get back to him tomorow afternoon if they arnt there.

- 10th may: by this time ive already gave him my bank details for the refund as he offered - he says his still in sydney and cant fix it up yet and will be heading back tomorrow and he will fix it up.

- 11th may he confirms his heading back to canberra today and will msg wen he gets back. he replies that he feels very badly about whats happened and that his not sure where the coilovers are at the moment. he messages once he gets that he has no idea where the coilovers are and he will organise the refund for me. he states he will be in sydney the following weekend and he could drop them off to me personally. i agree for a refund, but if he is going to bring them to me i would deffinantly buy them. he confirms he has my bank details.

- 16th may he states (direct quote): Recovered the coilovers and sold them so someone else who has just paid for them. the money will be in your account by 5pm tomorrow. i reply that im very upset and angry he has sold them to someone else as this was just a waste of time but im still happy ill be getting my money back.

- 17th may he reasons that he has lost 150 in shipping charges which is not my fault but he just wants the whole thing over as its been a very bad experience. i agree and wait for my refund. he says he will refund over the counter at a st george bank so i get it instantly. ive also told him i made a thread for someone to help me out and he replies he would have done the same thing. - hence why i closed this thread the first time saying the situation has been resolved. he asks for my details again so i send them. he later says he didnt make it to the bank so he just did a interenet transfer. he also provides me with the receipt number.

- 19th may - i visit the bank to do other stuff as well and check if the money has cleared. it hasnt cleared and i ask them to check the receipt number and they inform me that amaru has to be the one to contact the bank for recalling the transaction. i ask amaru to do so and he agrees. i tell him ill wait a few days longer just incase it was due to the weekend.

- 21st may he replies saying he will provide a screenshot. he does and he sent the money to the wrong account cuz he missed a number. (who does that especially when your sending that amount?) i tell him he has to call st geroge and recall the transaction and he says he will fix it up that afternoon.

- today: i have no heard one word from him since. and i have sent him ALOT of messages etc. ive also told him that i will be taking legal action.

keep in mind im sure amaru would know i sent many sms/email/pm/voicemails during this whole period but i think i only spoke to him ONCE! which was when i transfered the money. other then that it was just through SMS. the ratio of sent communication to retruned communication was probaly 5:1

im sure amaru's side of the story will be very similar if not the same because i pretty much just rewrote the sms's that have been sent. now as ive told everyone im not worried his going to run away with my money i just want this process finish.

SKYLVIA - id like to let everyone know that im very happy you are helping me in this situation volountarily as you know amaru personally and i greatly appreciate you trying to help communicating easier.

i would also like to stress the point - i dont care what amaru thinks or feels about this situation and im sure he feels the same way towards me. but i just want this whole thing finished. just give me the refund and it will be over.

I dont really want to get involved with this but I will say that from what I know of Nick (Amaru) this seems very uncharacteristic of him.

But Nick, if youre reading this thread then SORT IT OUT!

yeah i probaly wont be buying interstate anymore because of this. even with a trusted trader it can turn to shit.

he has logged on again after that so im sure he has received everything.

still nothing from amaru. ive also called him jus then and what a suprise, voicemail again.

I'm sure he'll do the right thing. I don't think he would mess up the bank account number on purpose. he is probably just waiting to get his money back from the bank so he can send it to you again. If he only found out it was the wrong account on the 21st then it will take 4 or 5 days to get his money back. So I would expect him to have sent you the money before Tuesday next week.

I can't make any excuses for him for delaying the postage, or for delaying the refund, but I don't think he will outright rip you off.

I agree, this whole situation has been a complete and utter screw up (that I will point out was NOT intentional, I have lost a lot of money personally out of this). I also agree my communication to hanyou has been pretty sh!thouse, but as I explained to you that more often than not I cant answer my phone when you call. I also havent gotten anything from you in the form of messages/calls/voicemails since you stated earlier this week it would be the last time you try to follow it up, and I didnt really think that it warranted a response as I had already told you what I was doing (until your call 20 minutes or so ago, which one again, I couldnt answer - as I have told you).

As for the refund, it was a legitimate f*ck up... why would I deliberately transfer $600 to someone elses account? Either way I have gone through the recovery process to get it back and put in your account which they are doing, but have advised could take 5 working days (so would be completed as late as Monday next week). As a good will gesture I have just transferred $300 out of my pockets into your account and emailed you a screen shot confirming this (with the extra digit in the account number this time - i also sent you a sms), as well as you will be receiving the $600 by COB Monday (and you can just refund me the $300 difference once its all confirmed). If I was intentionally trying to rip you off I wouldnt be putting more money into the account, I wouldnt have given you my real name or phone number, and I sure as hell wouldnt have done it on SAU where too many people know me.

Im not blaming you for any of this and I understand how frustrated you must be, I dont even care about this thread because honestly if the situation was reversed I would have done exactly the same thing. I am also trying to get this resolved as quickly as possible for both of us because it makes me feel like an asshole, and I apologise for the lack of communication however I have explained why there are difficulties in getting in contact with me, but I do eventually get back to you.

EDIT: This is also the first chance I have had to actually sit down and read this thread and respond to it. Yes I logged on the other day but I got to read about 2 words and had to leave and this is the first chance I have had to read it and reply.

welll unfortunately ive had to disturb beer baron to unlock this thread as this is STILL NOT resolved.

Upto today, i have received the $300 "good will" refundable money on the 26th/27th May. amaru stated to wait a week for banks to finalise the redirection of the $600 refund. well what do you know? STILL NOTHING. ive tried contacting him through every means possible but he jus said it should have been there last week.

i have asked him for the details so that i can chase it up personally since he doesnt have time to call st george for 5 minutes to find out whats happening but he hasnt responded at all?. about 5 days now? which leads me to assume he hasnt done anything.

AMARU - your "$300 refundable goodwill gesture"just went to shit with your lazy attitude, once again im trying to get in contact with you but no replies. you say its hard for you to communicate.. but the funny thing is when i leave pissed off messages you reply straight away?. what a coincidence? You couldve fixed this easily, but obviously your not paying up for a reason.

you are really pushing me to come see you personally and collect the money or something of equivalent value. why dont you just stop f**king around and f**k your goodwill shit and send me the last $300 you owe me

so does anyone else still want to back him up?
