Hey guys can anyone help me out.. I have a 97 R33 series 2... this problem has happened 3 times now.... i was driving it for about an hour or more then decided to give it a bit of a hit in 1st and into second..... then on decelleration its starts to back fire and stalls when i come to a stop..... then after about 5 mins of riding it trying to stop it from stalling.... it starts running fine again !!!...... if anyone has any ideas.... it would be much appreciated...

MODS include.... 3" dump pipe from just jap.. high flow cat 3.5" cat back system.. front mount cooler.. K&N filter .. bleeder valve... running 13 psi just recently changed the spark plugs to NGK platinum with 0.8 gapping.....

I suggest you turn down your boost, till you tune your car.

Run about 10psi..

Anyways, your car may be just running heaps rich!!

Tried cleaning your fuel injectors with carby stuff? this will help clean the system and make it idle a lot better.. Clean your AFM as well? hmm

Which exact plugs did you put it? You sure you didnt put in the wrong ones?

Search threads such as rich n retard.. stalling issues, backfiring.. etc etc.. You will find plenty of info!!

Could possibly be a problem with your Air FLow Meter

have your air senor loooked at may need to be repaired as the element that lets air through and tells your comp how much fuel to give is misreading it and stalling. sounds like my old r33 when i stuffed the senor by having bov set too low and pressure leaked back.
