Clutch Problems?

Hi can someone please help.

i have a r33 gtr just change clutch (exedy hd) 3 months ago. i'm in melbourne, after driving in the city for about an hour i have to really rev the car and let the clutch go to drive out of first. also when i change to 2nd and 3rd i lost about 3000rpm, felt the car slow down i decided to floored the gas but it took a while for the revs to rise. the car feels like it had no power, i can smell the clutch after i stopping on the side of the road.

Is it the clutch? does anyone have any ideas?

thanks, just found out it was my rear brakes locking up when hot.
