There is a whole thread dedicated to the build up of that car on SAU, cbf finding it, answers to those problems are probably in there. My guess is they built it, tuned it, sent it round the track and thought "f**k me, thats quick, better tape down those windows".

Or maybe the RB30TT has just got so much power it spins all 4 no matter what? I'm pretty sure they are limited by Advans maximum wheel and tire size of 18x10.5 and not on complete slicks. I often check their build thread and they have a pretty good chance at knocking off the Jap tuners at Tsukuba.
