Problem With Power Look Here Rb26 Guys With Aem

OK here is the set up . We are in canada.

1990 R32 GT-R with a N1 spec motor

Upgrades:

GT28RS

3" down pipes

4" exhaust

1000cc Injectors

AEM stand alone

3.5" Hard Pipes

ARC front mount

Now here is the problem car was tunned at 17psi and only made 389whp which is shit for whats done.

here is the dyno chart.I have a feeling that the CVVT is not working possibly??

Im assuming two gt28rs's, and what the hell is CVVT, RB26's dont have Variable Valve timing

Fuel pump and advancement ! i would say off top of head. what are the A/R's rear housings on the turbo's?
