Tune And Service + Alarms With Turbo Timers

I just bought a series 2 R33 from an NRMA dealer in Homebush. My first turbo. Its got a couple of mods:

* HKS sequential blow off

* Blitz Exhaust

* HKS Pod with 350Z airflow meter

That it. Do I need tune up and service?

Also, I need an alarm system. Can you get one with a turbo timer built in? Any idea of a good place to do it in Sydney?

piece of mind would lead me to do sparkplugs, oil, and other fluids at least. unless its all be done and you have document proof of it right before you brought it. 100k is reccommend you change your timing belt too. mines coming up in 7000,
