Engine Number Location

Hi

Where can I find the engine number on the RB20DET?

Sorry very newbie question, just got my 1st rb skyline

I had a look a few times and cant find it on the rear of the engine where it meets with the gearbox.

I cant see a big 2 or cant tell if theres more number hard to see, near the front passenger side near the turbo

any help please???

turbo side rear of block down low. will start with RB20 in big letters

Its there, just very hard to see I had to clean mine with a wire brush b4 I could read it

and what's this number on the alternator bracket?

found it!

cleaned it the dust covered the whole area and couldnt even tell that theres a flat metal plate on there.
