Hey guys,

ALREADY SEARCHED FOR MY ANSWER ON HERE AND ALSO NS.

I've heard a romour that running my GTS4 in RWD mode (removing the fuse) for drift, Does not run the same as a GTSt and has bad balance??

It's been a dream of mine since i was 14 to learn drift and get to the track. My engine is currently shagged atm, so this may be an opportunity for me to switch to a GTSt drive train while the engine is out....

Anyone have any experienced opinions or guidance they wanna share??? :P

cheers!

Honestly you really didn't search.. did you. There's heaps of info on here.

The short and curlies of it is, when you lock a gtr/gts4 in rear wheel drive, you are still carrying all the weight in the front end of your car.. theoretically upsetting the balance of the vehicle compared to a designed for rear drive vehicle. As well as the vehicle being proportionally heavier.

So.. you can do it, but why not get rid of your car, cos you obviously just want something to thrash, and get a bunky gtst, slap a 25 into it, and go nuts.
