Lighting Problem & Switch Id

Hi

I need to fix some bits to pass my roadworthy check

Parkers dont light up but the tail lights work when you set it to parkers.

Fog light not working as well, the switch button on the dash cluster

front bar light not working as well, 1 is working

here's the switch button, II is the inner ones and the I is the outer but not working

Now havent checked the bulbs 1st but can it be my fuses? as 3 items are not working both sides as well which is weird for me...

Does someone have english translation of the fuse diagram?

And what type bulbs are parkers, outer front bar lights, and fog lamps
