Step Up For Ms

Hi Everyone,

I've registered myself in the "Step Up for MS" fundraising stair climb (1,103 steps up Central Park) and would like to raise as much money as possible before the event (10th June - This Sunday).

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is the most common disease of the central nervous system for young adults, affecting 16,000 ordinary Australians and has no known cause or cure.

All donations raised through this event will remain in WA to assist local people facing their personal MS challenges.

Please let me know if you would like to make a donation, which can be done online or personally to me.

Havent had much training, just doing it coz its for a good cause...I'm sure I want be able to walk the next day though..!

well i wasnt surprised if i was beaten by a 13 yr old, i've had 80+ year olds beat me in the City to Surf.

I ran it in 13 minutes 1 second.

166th out of 427. far out that was tough
