R32 Exhaust

Hey am installing a cat back on my r32 easy enough job in know but when i jacked up the car i found that the cat bolts are rusted tight and wont undo. for those of you who have done this before you would know that the bolts are actually part of the cat and aren't just replaceable ones. just wondering if is it alright just to snap off the nuts drill out the old thread and put in new bolts?

When recently removing the standard front pipe and cat on my car, several of the bolts snapped. We just drilled them out and used appropriate bolts with nuts on the other side.

So just snap them off and drill them out and replace easy done cheers bubba gonna do it tonight

A salesrep showed us this can yesterday. we took it outside to the "graveyard" (old machinery) and found the crappiest rusted looking bolt out there. this stuff got it loose 1st go. sprayed it on, waited 5 mins then undid it. that simple. have a look at it at : http://www.loctite.com.au/int_henkel/loctite_au/index.cfm
