R33 Skyline Speakers?

howdie all,

have heard ALOT of different answers as to what the Series 2 Skylines stock speaker setup is,

what i need to know is what the STOCK speaker system is, front and rear? Does anyone know, dont wanna know what can fit bla bla...just what it comes stock with and what will fit exactly into the standard set up.

Crap. would be a good word to describe the stock speaker setup.

In my car S1 R33 they were all 6inch clarion brand speakers that were around 30watts max each i think.

I would recommend replacing them with the same size speakers if you dont want to muck around with cutting holes etc.

was hoping they were 6.5 in the front so i could put in some 6.5" splits.

in my series 2 i got 6.5 splits in the front and 6x9 co-axel speakers in the back

damn how u get 6 x 9's at the back?? how does it sound also?? nice and bassy and good treble??

I put 6x9s in the back easy, just made up some spacers about and inch thick.

Also my S2 R33 did have clarion 6inch in the front.

my s1 had clarion fart boxes... now has polk 6.5" splits and pioneer 6's in the back.
