Where To Get A Good Cheap Halfcut?

hi all.

i am in search of a good cheap r33 manual half cut. the main problem is that i live in tassy so any half cut would have to be freighted over. this also accurs a problem with not being able to walk into a shop and have a look at one or even get to know the guy running the place as to get a bit better deal. ive searched and read through other peoples conversion stories and i keep reading where people have brought halfcuts for as low as $3000. i keep getting quoted $4500 which i am still willing to pay but its a bit unfair if its just because im not a local.

so basicly id like to know if you have brought a hald cut for a fair place and where would be the best place to get one from. it not that i wont pay what they are asking just id like to know who the most trust worthy people are.

well there is one place in tassy that does import parts and alike and once i finaly got ahold of them they said they had just recived a shipment of halfcuts including 5 r33 halfcuts and they are $500 cheaper than any other prices i have recived. and i wont have to pay $600+ for freight so ill come out of it pretty well.
