UPDATED: 325kW/435hp @ ALL 4 wheels, over 600nM(flywheel) of torque @ 1.35bar of boost using only BP Ultimate(no octane boosters). Not tuned for maximum power, but tuned for response and circuit performance, loads of mid-high range torque/power.

Serviced every ~2000kms due to track work. Uses Motul 300V engine oil, Motul RBF600 brake fluid, Power Enterprise mag power oil filter, HKS s40i iridium spark plugs(just replaced), redline coolant, redline shockproof gearbox oil.

Car has gone thru extensive suspension and alignment tuning for camber, castor, toe and scaling to suit Australian track conditions better, QR in particular. Diagonal 50% weight distribution. Lightened by about 70kg fully loaded with all oils and fluids compared to stock weight. Weight was taken on a weigh bridge which goes in 5kg increments.

Track proven. Before car went thru extensive suspension/alignment reviews(pretty much raw state from Japan), it did:

59.81s on QR sprint circuit (I've only driven once on the sprint circuit)

1:04.35 on QR clubman circuit (This was with low boost of 1bar)

1:25.41 on QR national circuit (This was with about 1.3bar, and my 2nd time on the national)

(And i've not that much experience on QR)

Water/Oil temps have never seen above 100degC under any circumstances before. While doing hot laps on QR, oil and water temps are around 80odd degC, and after pitting in, water may rise to 90odd max. Highway driving water temp is around 70degC and oil temp 60odd degC.

Car has not laid down timings after the most recent major suspension/alignment reviews and changes which i think are pretty critical as we have dialled in much much more castor(almost double) as well as continued changes on camber and toe, but i'm very sure it will definitely crack the times above, given that i'm not that experienced as a track driver(3 track days), i believe this car is currently capable of doing about 2s, or maybe more, faster than the above times on the QR tracks with the current alignment settings.. Currently i still only run 1.xx negative camber front n rear, so as most track cars have about negative 3-4 front and negative 2 or more rear, cornering ability still can be improved.

This car has been under the supervision of Chapman & Chapman Automotive.

UPDATE: Car has brand new 3.5" hi-flow metalcat, Apexi AVC-R and HKS s40i iridium spark plugs. Just did a minor tune last week when the AVC-R was put in, and hence the new figure of 336kw/451nM at the wheels now with 1.35bar, tune could still do better and more power/torque is definitely achievable. Also, all hoses and pipings were checked last month for leaks, turbo seals were checked, turbos were testflowed, intercooler taken off and testflowed, all results A1. Last compression tests done last year was 170psi across 6 +- 5psi.

Feature car on Timeattack.com.au

This car has been built intensively with a purpose for circuit timeattacks and still has room for improvement(bigger brakes!/wide 17" instead of 18"/more suspension and alignment changes) to get even much faster times than it already is doing. It will do 11second passes on the quartermile definitely. (I'm not really a drag person). And it is street registered with modification plates. So, circuit, drift, drag, everyday driving, all in 1 machine. I do not wish to strip the car for parts. If you are genuinely interested in buying this car, please PM me, or email me at [email protected], or ring/sms 0433553356. Price is negotiable.

Never had a problem with the cops for random pullups so far, had my bonnet popped before as well, ends with a friendly chat.

Car is always parked in secured covered carpark and it's a very regretful sale for me, but i have to sell as i'm going overseas. I just wish to find a good home for this weapon. And i'm sorry but no swaps.

Yeah it's gonna be a very very very sad day when she goes.... Yeah the oil temps in this car is usually pretty low~was surprised myself when observing it on QR~ ;)

Thanx arron~ Yeah it will be a very very very sad day when it goes, but ive still got to let it go~ If anyone's seriously interested, get in touch with me and we might be able to work something out, as stated price is negotiable. I would love to see this car stay in QLD.

LoL Tiff, everyone's after the work meisters~ :P Would love to but wanna let the car go as a whole with everything~

We managed to pull 435.2hp @ ALL 4 wheels at Godzilla Motorsports today on 19.5psi(1.35bar) running only pump fuel. Very satisfied. ;) Wanted to try 1.5bar but we decided against it.

FIRST POST UPDATED. NOW $28000 with EXTRA '97 GTR33 Vspec gearbox(modified to take both push/pull clutches) guaranteed with just genuine 40000kms from WillAll Racing in SA. Offer open till next tuesday before i fly off on wednesday!!! After that i might leave it with a performance caryard and it will definitely carry a much higher price tag, so ideally i'd rather let it go to someone who's really interested in owning this well-built GTR.

I met the man who holds the lap records for a skyline on QR today and received compliments from him on the car after he viewed it and said looks like a very straight n well set up car, it was an honour coming from the man who set a 52second lap around the QR sprint circuit. ;) Geez 52seconds on QR sprint, that's amazing.

Bump. I'd really very much prefer to personally sell this car to someone who really wants it than to decide to transfer it over to a caryard on wednesday. If you have ready cash to buy it before 27th june Wednesday, buy it now and save yerself a few thousand dollars. If you have ready cash to buy it before 27th june wednesday, I will be a lil further negotiable! This car will impress anyone, from hoon to experienced motorsport enthusiasts. Trust me, it's gonna be 1 car you will remember for life. It's definitely so fer me.

nooooo i cant belive your selling this car. As soon as i saw it my jaw dropped. Its perfect!! If only i didnt blow up my engine and put all my money into a new one i would of bought it for sure. Damn timing.

Well yeah I dont really have a choice to keep it so it is fer sale and fer someone to snap up a great buy and take this car to a higher level. I've gone overseas already at this moment but ive made a decision not to leave the car to the caryard. Ive left it in my trusted mate's hands and it is still for sale. Contact Kelvin at 0433172568 or contact me via email if you are seriously interested.

Man if this isnt gone before my car is finished and sold.... mark my words it WILL BE MINE.

Ive been in this GTR and its fun James baby :domokun:

Depending on how much u want for the R32, is depending how keen I am on it.. Talk to me on msn about it later

Car is still for sale peepz. At this moment, I will still take just 27k fer it, everything goes, including the GTR33 Vspec gearbox.

    • Well, it's taken me until the last week of 2024 to actually do something on the Skyline but I consider it a good head start to 2025's efforts! I managed to justify (to myself anyway...) my purchase of the lift table. It made taking the rear subframe out a lot easier than it would have been without anyway! Everything is out and stripped down ready for a clean then powdercoating.  She's pretty grubby under there but pretty good condition for a 38 year old Japanese tin bucket. 12 years of zero street time have obviously helped that... I need to decide which of the factory suspension arms I will keep and replace so I only get what I'm keeping powdercoated.  Baby steps but it's a start!
    • Turbo gods, some assistance and recommendations please I'm looking into a turbo kit for my 2.5 from MX5 Mania >>>>> https://mx5mania.com.au/products/copy-of-mx-5-nc-2-5-litre-engine-conversion-turbo-2005-2013 Power wise I would like about 200kw atw, and of course dose noises, apparently if you keep a stock 2.5 under around 200kwatw the engine and drivetrain will not hate life even when ragging on it a bit Max RPM on the 2.5 is around 6500rpm The turbo MX5 use is something around the disco potato size as  packaging room for the turbo is pretty limited, which will, I believe, give me my power goals I want and not have the turbo either under, or oversized, but the rear housing bit is confusing  It comes with either a 0.64 or 0.86 From my understanding, which so far is based off googling, so make of that what you will 0.64: spools faster = good Makes more EGT heat on boost = bad Less topend power than 0.86 = I'm only looking for 200 atw so that point may be mute????, I don't know, hence my questions  0.86: Spools a "little" slower = how much slower??? remembering 6500 is my max rpm Makes less EGT heat = good Makes a little more power up top = again, power goals is only around 200 Also, this is a street car, so there will not really be any long track sessions, in saying this I would want it so it was happy with at least 3 hot laps at Wakefield Park if the need arises  I already have a fancy pants triple pass radiator, and a oil cooler with thermostat will be getting installed as well Thanks for any information or recommendations you have 👍, and of course, the comments about me wasting money on drive in drive out modifications, or any other snide remarks about my manhood for owning a MX5 🤣
    • Tape some wool onto the vent then take it for a drive I did this to my reverse cowl and was instantly unhappy, as anything over about 60kph would have the wool enter the engine bay, thus just adding underbonnet pressure and stooging my coolant stack, it did let alot of heat out when stationary though, which really didn't help once the car was moving, with the reverse cowl you could watch the coolant temps cheap up the faster you went on the hwy, I assume it would be alot worse doing track day speed With the vented bonnet (just after the radiator and about 1/3 up the bonnet) on my old R33 the wool on the leading edge sat at about a 45° angle as air poured out of it From looking where your vents are, and their size, I believe you should be fine at speed and air should be evacuated from the engine bay, I think it will be a night and day difference when stuck in traffic though for removing the trapped heat, and not sitting there cooking when parked up after driving around... #convection  Post wool tuft pics and data for science  This beastie is one nice and unique rig, enjoy
