Wanted to make sure these can be removed. They don't seem to be any sort of passage's and my best guess is they are some sort of reinforcements for the exhaust studs? Or maybe something to do with the way the head flows in stock form? Has anyone removed these without a problem? I'm not looking to do anything major to these ports, Just a little clean up and I would like to see these humps gone if it can be done.

Ah, thats actually my cylinder head from another thread 3 years ago. The heads still going strong :P
