just klike every other cam gear mate

they are no brand, but tiop quality

id recomend you put high tensile bolts on it thats about all

i already got an exaust one.. i just need a intake one i can still use my VCT with ?

And need to change your cam

so if i upgrade my camshafts say pon cams or watever and i use adj cam gear do i keep my vct ?

You will either need to get poncams to suit vct in which case you cant use the adj cam gears, or buy two exhaust poncams, and dial in the cams, but personally i dont think there would be any gain from removing the vct, in fact HKS had a kit to put vct onto non vct rb26 heads, it was like $15000
