Correct Offset?

Hey guys

Im thinking of getting some work emotion xd9's for my r33 gts25t, the sizes i want to go with are, Front 18 x 8.0 +28 offset, Rear 18 x 9 +30 offset, this is what my supplier has reccomended to me for my car ,is this correct?

Will they fill the gaurds nicely? or will they sit in a bit?

The tyres i will be using will be front 225/40r18 or 235/35/r18, rear 255/35/r18

What is your opinion on these sizes/offsets?

Yup i just read all 11pages twice lol, was a little bit of help, most people seem to be using +38 offset for the rear which is weird because that is what work reccomend for my car in that size ,but my supplier reccomended me the +30 instead, will these still fit? or should i order in some +38?

I couldnt fnd anyone in that thread using the exact same wheel and offset sizes that i am looking at getting so im still a bit stumped.

18x9 +30 should sit ur wheel nicely close to the guards as compared to +38. 18x9 +30 is the same offset and width as a 34 GTR wheel which I have seen sit nicely on 33s.

Thanks alot mate, thats exactly what i wanted to hear, so what about the fronts (18 x 8 +28) how nicely will these fill the gaurds?

The main problem im having now is deciding what colour to go for lol, bronze or matt grey i cant decided, either way both colours should look pretty good i hope (will be getting some blue work wheel nuts for some extra bling )

Well i decided to buy the wheels anyway (im pretty positive they will fit anyway as thats what work reccomends) i got front: 18x8 +28 offset, rear: 18x9 +30offset, and also ordered some toyo t1r's, (225/40/r18 front and 255/35/r18 rears), they should hopefully be on the car tomorow so i will post up some pics

Finally some pics, sorry there not very good, im not the best at taking pics which is probally why they dont do the wheels justice, they look much better in real life.The rear fill the gaurds perfectly and hopefully wont even need the gaurd lip rolled over when i get some coilovers, i was expecting a bit more dish on the back but im not complaining lol, the fronts stick in a little more than i would like so i may get some wheels spacers and see how they look with those.

If you had the front as the same offset as the rear then it will fit pretty well just like the 34GTR original wheels. Will give you slightly more deep dish. Anyway nice rims and will look even better once coilovers fitted.

Nope im pretty sure there not avaliable in black, the only colours avaliable are, bronze, white, polished, and silver/grey
