hi,

Had the same problem with exhaust studs in the head,

Use a Right angle drill (looks like a 4" grinder... but a drill) don't know where u can hire 1 i got it off a mate (plumber if u know 1)

Then use an easyout once you've drilled a pilot hole (if you don't know what an easy out is goto u'r hardware store and ask 4 1 to fit ur pilot hole)

this happened to me to the vl i had, but the timing belt tensioner snapped instead, i had to take the fan,shroud,radiator off so i can get in there with a cordless drill, and then use the easy out, was abit of a pain in the ass, but it works. lucky it didnt cause any problems to the valves coz the whole timing belt was pretty much completly off the cam gear..
