I am after some info please. I am after Torque settings for an RB20DET can any one help please? Thanks!

what u mean by torque setting?

torque to use to tighten bolts on the engine?

Torque settings for a rebuild on an RB20 for example con-rod, main bearings, head bolts, camshaft bolts etc

This is for the RB26DETT (not covered for RB20)

Head: 3kg-m. then 11 kg-m then back right off, then 3 kg-m then11 kg-m

Cam bearings: 0.92 - 1.2 kg-m

Cam Pulley bolt: 1.4 - 1.9 kg-m

This is for the RB20

Crank: 4.7 - 5.3 kg-m

Big End: 2.3 - 2.9 kg-m, then 3.9 - 4.5 kg-m

Flywheel: (M/T) 14.5 - 15.5 kg-m

Thank you very much! Is there any other torque settings that I may have missed on asking about? But thanks again! May I ask how you found this info please? I am almost tempted to get a R32 manual but the RB20 is going into my 180sx but it seems pointless.

check out www.meggala.com for info on torque settings, i rebuilt my engine according to those figures and its still running
