i hear that they are good on the track.but the adjustability isnt as great as some of the more expensive brands like bilstien etc..ie:hard to soft dampning.

That's an understatement - the difference between full hard and full soft settings is negligible, so if you're going to buy them dont bother playing with the adjuster :-)
