I wouldn't be concerned about oil seeping out of the seal when its sitting around.

My bran spanking new gt30 and a mates gt35 all seep oil out of the front and rear seals when sitting around. So not a worry.

I'm hoping that being a highflow, it won't have had TOO much use, so hopefully it shouldn't have rusted on too badly.

I just put the turbine side on the gas BBQ grill and let it heat up. and very genty tap off with a hammer, comes off very easy. For those who don't have an oxy torch or have run out of gas
