I tapped my cooler piping as close to where it was on the stock pipe. Went to Repco bought a hose adapter fitting for an air compressor, drilled into the cooler pipe and screwed it in, used some cloth tape to ensure a good seal. Has been working with no problems.

its possibly the split dump causing the problem. ive already heard of a few others having this issue. there can be turbulence and backpressure in the wastegate pipe, coz its so narrow.

i went with a bellmouth. no problems.

That's what I thought at first too. But the fact that my problem was fixed just by simply changing some lines around gotme stumped. Worked great for a week, but now got boost leakage.. *sigh* The battle continues..

damn! where were you before? haha :)

I've read another thread where somewhere switched to a bellmouth and still had problems though.. so it may not be that simple. Good thing to try I guess though if you can source a bell mouth easy enough.
