R34 Air Con Filter Replace Or Clean?

hey guys, at the moment im looking at cleaning the air con filter in my car (r34)

is it best to replace the filter or just wash it?

i went to nissan today to ask for the filter and they quoted me $68 bucks each. theres two of them.

Can you wash them?

Do you have the part number for the r34 ones?

I tried to get them here in Perth and nissan wasn't much help.

Also are yours black/charcoal filled too?

Part # B7274-0v525, but at $68 to $85 dollars each it isnt worth it.

where is the air con filter located????

behind the glove box

its behind the white thing. theres a clip holding that on, undo that and slide the white thing up. behind the white thing is 2 filters ontop of each other. they just slide out, by pulling one at a time towards you.

i put mine back in tonight and the screw which is holding the glove box on, in the bottom right was a pain.

i also removed the kick panal and side step panel. (theres a screw behind the kick panel)
