Bolt On Flairs For A R32

Hi Guys,

My car came with bolt on flairs and i was thinking about taking them off but the person who put them on actually cut the lip of metal right off underneth them.

Now for the front its not to much of a problem as i will just get new bolt on gaurds. But what can be done with the rear?? Do i need someone to weld a new peice of metal on or what?

Any help would be great.
