I have an RB25DET and I have just changed my engine oil with a fully synthetic shell oil and now the car blows quite alot of white smoke at times. Before i changed the oil the car NEVER used to smoke at all, not one bit. What has happened??

It only blows it on colder days though, but it never used to no matter what the temperature and it never used to blow any smoke of any colour whats so ever before i changed the oil.

its probs just condensation, and just like all cars when u turn car on when its freezing you see white smoke. does it dissapear quickly or does it stick around and smoke up heaps?? if the smoke goes away quickly no worries

But it never used to have any smoke? Why would it have condensation all of a sudden?

it happens to me always.... but only at cold start..

i used to warm about 5 min before i drive..

during that warming, the wite smoke comes out not alot... but when i accelerate the white smoke comes alot very much!! sometimes i cant even see the back.... but it goes away after 1 min or 2 min after kick off..

do they problem on my car? or is it just because too cold outside..?

Yeh so dont worry if it happens when its warming up, happens to me too. When car is warming up on a cold night/morning some white smoke comes out like when you see people breathing in the cold morning when your waiting to catch the train. Dont stress if thats the case your cars all good :D
