this is the plumb back attachment, you take out the fin from your ssqv and replace it with this, then you have something to attach the hose onto.

no, i dont believe it will generate a flutter noise.

im guessing if there was no plumb back hose attached to it, it would sound like a "psssht". mainly because this attachment is just a hollow pipe, unlike the standard fin design that generates the signature "whistle" noise that most ssqv bov's come with.

with this attachment its something betweein pccchhh and the pitch u get with the fin, with attachment + plumback hose its sounds like a stock woosh
