Anchor Points?

hi all

could anyone tell me if my R32 has anchor points if so were are they because the wife's car is buggerd and i need to fit the baby seat into mine ASAP!!

If it was complianced correctly it should have 2 restraint/anchor hooks on the rear parcel shelf, usually behind the rear speakers.

If you dont go complain to the place that did the compliance, get them to put them in.

all i can find behind my speakers are two holes going through the parcel shelf and on the underside there seems to be a plate with a threaded boss welded on.. are these the points or is there something missing??

that sounds about right, you should just screw your bolt into them and away you go.

Yeah mine are just as you described but with a 12mm bolt or so screwed into them and a mounting bracket/hook thing on the bolt.
