How Interchangeable Are R32 Gts And Gtr Parts?

Hi All,

This may have been covered to death previously and if there is another thread please feel to direct me to it if this is true!

I’m looking to get an idea from all the knowledgeable people out there as to how many parts such as panels and mechanical bits are interchangeable from R32 GTS-t's and GTR's? This has become apparent as I just had to replace a driver’s window in my GTS-t after an attempted theft, and I got it replaced with a GTR window. Are front guards a straight swap (my first guess says no seen as a GTR bar needs to be modified to fit a GTS-t!!!)? What has everyone else noticed?

Many parts are

off top of head coilpacks, brakes, complete front end panels (these generally require all the supporting parts though.. like GTR indicators for GTR guards, etc), aircon & climate control, stock rims, fuel pump, dash, seats, pretty much most of the interior, starter motor, windscreen, taillights.. That's probably about it actually.
