Reminds me of an old song "I don't like Mondays, I'm gonna shoooot shooot-oooo-oooo-ooo-ooot, the whole day down"

Yeah bad news RIP to the victim :whistling: Very scary story, makes you think twice about helping people in distress huh. Worst bit it I would have done the same, ran to help!

Must be the time of year for it..

When I saw the story title I thought maybe it had been on our street!

Last night the cop chopper was flying around for ages shining their light up and down the street and then 10mins later 2 ambulances went flying past. :\

The chopper flies above the house all the time.. and this is a quiet street..

Around the corner from me... and im here in lockdown.

Cant leave the bloody office.

SIF the gunman is still gonig to be anywhere near this place.

Mate here @ work who sits next to me, his mate saw the whole thing right infront of him on his way to a job interview...

Certainly not a good start to the day.

The man is described as being 192cms tall

192cm? wonder who gave that description

"She was powerless. A couple of guys came to assist … he pulled out a gun."

"He shot one of the guys twice. Then he shot the woman and then the other guy."

what gets me is how some1 thinks he is better then another and can do as he pleases, prick shot 3 people as if they were nothing

its said the girl was a stripper at spearmint rhino, and was doing a half naked/full naked dance for the boss at the bar. The shooter tried to drag her out, but was stopped by one of hte other patrons at the bar. Then later he tried to get her form a taxi or something (theage.com.au)

bad way to start the week :D

RIP to the deceased.

mental retardation prevents people such as this gunman from being rational....thats what happend with the v-tech shootings too...the gunman got it in his head that people were against him..

Apparently the alleged gunman was last seen on St Kilda Road.

Took nearly an hour to get from Lonsdale and Russell to Crown this morning. Walking to the office was kinda scary with cops in flak jackets and helicopters flying around. The news on the radio was pretty vague at 0830 and 0900 saying that there was an area cordened off in the city due to an "accident".

This was no bloody accident.

I had to drive through it this morning...was wondering why cop cars were appearing out of nowhere. I was just before William St when they blocked off the road. I didn't know what was going on until I heard it on the radio after I had already past through.

Very bad start to the week...and another reason why people will more reluctant to give a helping hand!!

RIP to the deceased just trying to help out.

Yeah its all over the news... interrupted the US Open this morning... rang a mate to make sure he was ok as it happened near my old work.

Its amazing how many different variations of what happened there are... i watched channel 10 and heard one thing... watched 9 and heard another and then read something different again in the age. No matter what version it is tho its a pretty shitty thing.

just watched the news - man that woman was pretty badly beat up...her left eye was swollen like a freakin basketball

apparently the guy is a very dangerous criminal (possibly still armed), and police are looking around the eastern side of vic

    • The Frenchy's kit is the way to go forward. A modern compressor that weighs about 1/2 as much, is at least twice as efficient, and will do a good job on R134a. And of course the kit has everything else you need to connect it up and have it work properly.
    • Hey all , I am in the process of having the AC system in my r32 GTST converted from r12 to r134a and I’m being told my compressor has gone bad and I will need a new one. I was wondering if anybody has any suggestions for what is the best route to go aside from dropping $1500 on a new oem one? I did see that Frenchy’s performance garage offers a kit to mount a Toyota compressor, has anybody actually used this kit on their car? Or is there anywhere I could purchase just a clutch? Any help is appreciated.
    • Well, your RB20 ECU loom won't have wires for the boost solenoid, that boost sensor, and possibly one or two other things. There could be differences in seemingly random things like the charcoal canister purge solenoid, because the 25DET has to handle boost in the vacuum system and the 20DE does not. I don't know - I haven't looked. It is very likely that all the most important things are same-same, being the main sensors like AFM, CAS, etc, and the injectors and ignition. Not that you'll need the AFM for the Haltech anyway. I would suggest that you would seriously want to sit down with the pinouts for both ECUs and just go through them and highlight green what is the same, orange what is different/missing, and make a plan from there. It's not going to be difficult. It will either be the same or need to be fixed.
    • yeaaa that's why I haven't done any wiring to the stock ecu harness because I have the haltech, but then that leads me to the other question of "is the pnp harness really plug and play?" or would I have to still switch some pins/wires over because the pnp is for the rb25det neo harness, and not for the rb20de neo harness. was really hoping to find something to spoon feed me since so many people have done rb20neo + t conversions, but man this is rough.
    • Temu raptor, lol. At least the owner isn't your typical ranger danger lot
