That car would be worth importing under RAWS for a current R34 GTR owner. Spend the money swaping their standard items over get it complied; and end up with one GTR that couldn't be built for the money. Sell the standard vehicle and end up with a 1,000PS vehicle for only $10,000 - $15,000, you couldn't go wrong.

you can get felt from spotlight weighs about 100g/m2 and looks like carpet....worked fine for us
