back before the GTR was born, in the late 60's there was a car called the GT-B, which basically won the Skyline's first race in japan. It was an N/A straight 6, with 4 doors. (Pete in SA has one of these, however Marvin, runs an RB20 from memory :Phttp://www.cardomain.com/ride/547037)

Autech in collaboration with Nissan, made the Autech R32 GTB commemoration edition. True to its ancestor, this car was a 4 door straight 6 N/A. They used the R32 GTS4 chassis as its base, and the RB26 engine, with different compression etc to account for the lack of turbos, however it retained the GTR's individual throttles. The body was massaged at Autech after leaving Nissan's assembly line, before it was painted in Autech poo brown/green :)

Anyways, that's todays history lesson over with kiddies.

It may be a shit spec to some of you guys (yes you guys who say "lolfag auto N/A"), but if you knew the history behind it, its a true collectible.

And technically you could import it, as the engine is actually a valid RB26DETT, and the chassis is a valid GTS4. Just depends on how lenient the compliancer is with the paperwork

the dude who owns r31 house over in japan, put a rb26dett into a r31 then removed the turbo to make it an N/A cause she was scared of the power or somthing like that :)

Close. He built the car for his wife.
