Rear Outer Tie Rod

Hi there guys I am curently looking for a kit to replace my rear outer tie rod ends. On my 90 GTR Hicas is gone already. I have seen it on a car before. But I just need to know where do I get the parts to convert the rear rods to spherical rod ends.
