I cant even begin to think how she got there.

The house is like maybe 10-15m down the road from a roundabout. So syhe must have come off the roundabout got the back end out drift style and then swung it round and gone down his driveway.

The other option is that she jumped the curb on the round about, which is huge, and then careened across 2 front lawns before going through ure garage.

Classic old lady styles, she started fumbling for the pedals and maybe mashed the accelerator due to the bumpyness of the ride over the 20cm curb.

Im just trying to get my head around this madness

Erik - to answer your question - a write off is when the the cost to repair the car is MORE than the value or insured value of the car. An insurance assessor will determine whether it is a write off. I don't think your car is a write off... usually a write off is when the chassis is twisted or something.

Also the insurance repairer will repair your car to manufacturers standards. Because it is an import - this is quite hard. They will find it hard to gets parts... whichs takes time.... you may not end up with the same front bar on it or something. Insurance doesn't care if you have an awesome veilside kit on it (for example)... they will still only repair it to manufacturers standards.

Bug them ? How? I wish I could ,someone from Peter Wilkinson will tow my car tommorow hopefully I can drive my R34 again. One question if after the repair finish then I can see the colour different between the new parts and old parts , can i ask for all repaint?
