what's the history of the engine? if you know.

just noticed in one of the pics the bonet dampener has what looks like heavy oil stains all over it and a bit of dirt too. or did you just wash the car and it's wet? hard to tell in the pic!

As far as i know the engine is internally stock.

The sound deadening material on the bonnet is just abit wet. Its more noticeable because its faded in some places and the water has made it darker in some spots.
