its like sum tricky intercooler spray... think it sprays either water or nitrous or sum sort of coolant.

Not sure... its just one big piece of unrealistic neon junk... but I'd hit it after i stripped it bare of stickers and neons

neons look good when they are done properly with the globe hidden and you can only see the glow, not the source
