Help With My Speaker Instal

i got some 6inch split speakers cheap off a friend and have installed them in my r32. i dont think i am going to bother putting the tweeters in as i dont know where to put them and dont want to cut holes, etc..

my question is can i just run the speakers and not the tweeters and can the speakers run with the wires straight to them or do i need to still go through the crossover box thingy?? i think they sound alright but i aint into sterios that much should i put the tweeters in to?? where have other people put them without doing a hack job??

it will sound a lot better with the crossover and tweeters... if your just running the speakers, dont worry about the crossover...

there should be a little triangle of black plastic that covers up the wires that go to your side mirrors, clip that off and mount your tweeters there...

actually if you mount them on a bit of back strap you can put them behind the door panel. angle them up.
