Hey guys, I bought a new fibreglass grille for my R33 and I was wondering if any of you could help me with some tips to painting my front grille.

Currently is white, need to paint it silver.

Thanks.

well in white is that gel coat white or was another car in white?

if its gelo coat get some wet dry 600 grit sand paper and remove the shine from the gel coat. hit it with a primer and then sand lightly once primer is dry before applying the color.

if it white coz already sprayed, then sand again with 600 grit wet dry and prime as with gel coat. primer is only necessary to see defects at all like pin holes and that so before you paint you can fix anything that is needed to be.
