clunky noise at low speed

I say low speed but I am sure its because the zorst is too loud otherwise

if i reverse and let off the accelerator and then on and then off etc etc i get a clunk noise

same for forward motion as well.

Its very annoying and I have heard a friend say sounds like a gearbox mount being busted etc, a

anyone got any other theories on this at all

its annoying the shite outta me,

that and the brake squeek which 6 return trips to the brake shop havent fixed

Could be a gearbox mount or maybe the universal joint in the tail shaft is stuffed.

Get under the car and give the tail shaft a twist. If there's heaps of play (movement) then it's a uni joint or gearbox bearing.
